I had the opportunity to photograph a variety of subjects in the New Orleans and Belle Chasse (Louisiana) areas while visiting our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. The alligator was cruising by, a mere 25 feet away, as my son, Justin, was fishing in his bass boat.
